That helicopter and pilot are both defective.....this is perhaps the first accident (reference the date this video was uploaded) with this helicopter. The second incident occured on July 11, 2007 in England with an aircraft with the same tail number.

@journeyer58 not realy the fault was the pilots if you look closely the skid doesent get caught he makes a bollecks of take off starts going backward and hit the tail rotor of the deck causing the helo to spin which he reduces power crash landing it
